About Ciba Fitness

Ciba means"rock" or "foundation" in the Arawak language — a tribute to the ancestral roots of Antigua & Barbuda and the enduring strength of the Caribbean spirit. At Ciba Fitness Studio, we believe that true strength begins from within. Your core and spine are not just the center of your body — they are the foundation of your physical and emotional well-being. Much like a rock that endures the shifting tides and seasons, your core and spine provides the stability you need to withstand life’s challenges and move with fluidity, confidence, and grace. We help guide you to strengthen that inner foundation through three concepts — stability, integration, and mobility — each rooted in mindful practice and intentional movement that honors the body’s natural rhythm.
